Affordable new homes powered by grants, partners, and a community-first nonprofit model.

Our Mission

Connecting homeowners and builders to develop stronger communities.

Paradise Community Homes brings aspiring homeowners, partner builders, grant funding, and local leadership together to create affordable homes and balanced neighborhoods that contribute to the long-term strength of the community.

Our Background

A grant-powered nonprofit response to a real housing need

Paradise Community Homes was founded and incorporated in Indiana in April 2024 and operates as a 501(c)(3) Indiana nonprofit corporation. Born from the need for modest, affordable new housing, our mission is to develop communities and connect aspiring homeowners with the partner builders who can help bring those communities to life.

Grants, donated support, and collaborative builder relationships allow us to build at a price point other new-home providers are not currently serving. That structure helps keep costs down for applicants while creating sustainable homes and stronger neighborhoods.

What Guides the Work

Focused on access, stability, and stronger neighborhoods

The Paradise Community Homes model brings local leadership, grants, partner builders, and aspiring homeowners together around one goal: affordable homeownership that builds up the community.

Affordable Homes

Building at a price point the traditional new-home market is not currently serving to help keep applicant costs down.

Community Building

Developing balanced neighborhoods that add lasting strength, stability, and opportunity to the community.

Connected Partners

Connecting aspiring homeowners with partner builders, grants, and community resources that make ownership possible.

Our Board

Leadership committed to making homeownership attainable

Paradise Community Homes is guided by local leaders and supporters dedicated to developing neighborhoods that serve working families.
