What it takes to be one of our builder partners
To ensure every home meets our high standards, we’ve established clear guidelines for participating builders.
Eligibility Requirements
- Active builder in Greater Valparaiso
- Registered with the City of Valparaiso
Documentation Needed
- Business history
- Bank and supplier references
- Proof of insurance coverage
- Warranty documentation, preferably 2-10 insured or compliant with the Indiana New Home Construction Warranty Act (IC 32-27-2-9)
Plans and Agreements
- Proposed building plans and pricing
- Hold Harmless/Liability Waiver
